Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing (Food Chemical – Personal Care Division) at PT CLP Indonesia located in BSD, Tangerang.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the food chemical, personal care, and related industries. This role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding product applications and usage.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new products or applications.
- Develop a deep understanding of the food ingredients and performance chemical products.
- Stay informed about product specifications, benefits, and applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales in the food or chemical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel.
