Sales & Marketing Executive

Bottles for Earth is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Bali.
We specialize in reusable stainless steel bottles, copper bottles, and eco-friendly towels, offering retail, consignment, wholesale, and customized products for businesses.
We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building business relationships, and exploring new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Actively identify and approach potential clients and business partners across Bali and beyond.
- Conduct direct visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to introduce our products.
- Present product demonstrations and samples to potential clients.
- Develop new business opportunities through consignment partnerships, wholesale orders, and bulk customized product orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up on sales leads, negotiate offers, and close deals.
Marketing & Client Outreach
- Proactively introduce and promote our bottles and towels to businesses, hotels, resorts, restaurants, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct B2B outreach through email, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and share product catalogs, quotations, and promotional materials with prospective clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential business partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident in approaching new clients and conducting face-to-face sales meetings.
- Comfortable with field sales and traveling to meet clients across Bali.
- Must own personal transportation and hold a valid driving license.
- Familiar with using email, WhatsApp, and social media for business communication and sales outreach.
- Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and target-oriented.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in B2B sales, hospitality, retail, promotional products, or corporate merchandise.
- Existing business connections within Bali’s hospitality, retail, or corporate sectors.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and client relationships.
Work Location
Bali, Indonesia
This position involves regular field visits and direct client engagement across Bali.
