OBJECTIVE POSISI

Meningkatkan revenue outlet melalui aktivasi social media, corporate sales, serta peningkatan traffic dan booking event. Fokus utama pada table utilization, event booking, dan average spend per guest.

KRITERIA KANDIDAT

1. Background & Experience

- Minimal pengalaman 2–3 tahun di bidang F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, atau entertainment venue.

- Berpengalaman menangani venue seperti billiard, lounge, bar, café, club, atau event space (lebih disukai).

- Memiliki pengalaman dealing dengan HR, GA, atau procurement perusahaan.

- Terbiasa mencari dan menangani event corporate atau institusi.

2. Skill Wajib

- Mampu mengelola Instagram & TikTok (content planning, caption, basic editing).

- Mampu membuat proposal event dan quotation.

- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan closing yang baik.

- Memiliki networking corporate dan komunitas.

- Mampu membuat dan mengelola database klien.

3. Skill Tambahan (Nilai Plus)

- Menguasai Canva / CapCut.

- Mengerti dasar Meta Ads / TikTok Ads.

- Memiliki database corporate existing.

- Mampu menjadi MC atau handling event on-site.

4. Karakter

- Target-oriented dan agresif dalam mencapai closing.

- Supel, percaya diri, dan memiliki hospitality attitude.

- Bersedia bekerja malam dan weekend.

- Memiliki inisiatif dan growth mindset.
