Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales activities to achieve business targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, particularly Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and customer outreach.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Participate in meetings, business negotiations, and client visits when required.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other commercial documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken (required).
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and the chemical trading industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
