Job description for Sales and Marketing Coordinator at PT. Tiara Hana Indonesia
About the Role
Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in our future success supporting the marketing part of our company. You must be an enthusiast in marketing area, highly organized self-starter who is capable of working cross-functionally on the implementation of every projects.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing Strategy Execution
- Manage entire sales execution of marketing strategy. Your job starts once the ad campaign launches and you will make sure all sales & marketing is up to date on what is happening and what to do.
- Drive project execution and closely monitor progress, ensures project milestones are met and documented clearly in reports.
- Coordinate on behalf of the marketing & comm director for any collaterals needed to support, by working with media production team to ensure all sales collaterals are prepared & stocked prior to any execution.
Providing Marketing & Sales Report
- You will work closely with our tech manager to provide transparency of reports on dashboards.
Making Sure Everyone is Communicated & Clear
- You will ensure all communications on latest updates of sales promotions, collaterals and task (e.g. sales reports) are fulfilled and updated in WhatsApp groups & monday.com announcement boards.
- Manage check-ins to see who is unsure or not following gameplan.
- Propose meetings within different sales & marketing team to ensure active communication & synergy.
