We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Staff member to join our team in the business training sector. The ideal candidate will provide business management course training and consulting services to entrepreneurs while actively engaging in marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a background in telemarketing or sales and a solid understanding of the training landscape. We are committed to training you to become a sales expert and offer opportunities to connect with local Indonesian entrepreneurs, helping you to enhance both your professional skills and cognitive abilities.

Job Description:

Professional Ability

  1. Ability to identify customer needs and match products; effective communication skills, strong negotiation skills and product sales capabilities.
  2. Provide business management course training and consulting services to entrepreneurs through active marketing.
  3. Through the company's on-the-job training, become familiar with the product content, communicate with clients and understand their needs, and carry out final results.
  4. Help clients solve implementation problems after learning, continuously explore clients potential needs, and bring lifelong value to clients.
  5. Regularly maintain clients relationships, improve service satisfaction and ensure service continuity.
  6. Focus on developing and managing B2B client relationships, including corporate clients, business owners, decision-makers, and organizations seeking training and consulting solutions.
  7. Identify business challenges and learning needs of corporate clients, and recommend suitable training, consulting, and development programs to support their organizational goals.
  8. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with B2B clients to drive customer retention, repeat business, and business growth.

Learning Ability

  1. Have strong learning awareness and methods, and be good at absorbing new knowledge.
  2. Ability to serve clients.
  3. Sincere attitude, maintaining and serving clients through professional abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology or a related field.
  • Fluent English speaking and listening skills is a MUST; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus in both written and spoken communication.
  • Proven 1-3 years of experiences in sales or marketing sector.
  • Understanding of sales Q&A, FEAB and other knowledge.
  • Experience in B2B sales, key account management, corporate sales, business development, or client relationship management is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to engage with business owners, C-level executives, HR leaders, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Proven experience in consultative selling and managing long-term relationships with corporate clients is an advantage.
  • Understanding of corporate training, leadership development, talent development, or business consulting services is preferred.
