Sales & Marketing (Coffee)

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Representative & Marketing to join our dynamic team at PT.Titik Kumpul Bersama' in Tangerang Selatan Banten. You will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives for our premium coffee products, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote our coffee products and services
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and acquiring new customers
• Providing excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
• Conducting market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute engaging promotional campaigns
• Attending trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate new leads
• Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, providing valuable insights to the leadership team
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve sales processes and identify new revenue streams

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the coffee or food & beverage industry
• Fluent in English is a MUST !
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field
• Having experience in B2B sales is a major advantage.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies (social media, email campaigns, SEO, PPC) is essential for reaching a larger audience and engaging consumers.
• Networking, Ability to build relationships with suppliers, distributors, and partners in the coffee industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles and experience in developing and executing successful campaigns
• Enthusiasm for the coffee industry and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality products and services
