Nurtura Aesthetic & Wellness is a premium aesthetic and wellness clinic committed to delivering exceptional care through a holistic, professional, and science-informed approach. Located in Menteng, Central Jakarta, we are continuously growing and looking for a passionate and driven Sales & Marketing (Assistant Manager / Manager Level) to strengthen our commercial and brand strategy.
About the Role
As our Sales & Marketing (Assistant Manager / Manager Level), you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies that strengthen Nurtura’s brand presence, attract new patients, drive revenue, and build long-term patient relationships. You will work across sales, digital marketing, content, partnerships, and customer engagement, while leading and developing the Sales & Marketing team. This is a hands-on managerial role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and monthly Sales & Marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead the sales and marketing team, including target setting, performance monitoring, coaching, and development.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, social media, content, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Manage and grow relationships with KOLs, influencers, business partners, communities, and other strategic partners.
- Identify and develop new B2B and partnership opportunities to support business growth.
- Monitor the sales funnel and key performance indicators, including leads, response time, bookings, show-ups, conversion, and revenue.
- Analyze campaign and sales performance and use data to optimize ROI and commercial outcomes.
- Develop initiatives to improve patient acquisition, retention, loyalty, and reactivation.
- Work closely with Medical, Operations, and other departments to ensure consistent brand communication and a seamless patient experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while maintaining a consultative and patient-focused approach.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.
What We’re Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or any related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field, with proven managerial or leadership experience.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and campaign management.
- Experience managing KOL/influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, and B2B partnerships.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team and work with sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Creative, proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing environment.
- Experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or lifestyle is a strong advantage.
