We’re Hiring! Sales & Marketing Admin
Kika Kids Club is looking for a friendly, communicative, and proactive team member who loves interacting with parents and helping families find the right enrichment programs for their little ones.
What you'll do:
- Respond to parents' inquiries via WhatsApp and in person.
- Explain our programs and recommend suitable classes for children.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Manage bookings, registrations, and customer records.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Build positive relationships with parents and ensure a great customer experience.
Who we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Friendly, patient, and confident when interacting with parents.
- Proactive, sales-oriented, and comfortable following up with customers.
- Responsive, organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- Proficient in WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets.
- Minimum D3 education.
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
