SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST – SCOOTER
About the Role
ONE3 Motoshop is looking for a passionate and driven Sales & Marketing Specialist who understands scooter culture, modifications, performance parts, and rider communities. This role combines sales activities, customer engagement, business development, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and strengthen our brand presence in the scooter market.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide product consultation and recommendations based on customer needs and motorcycle specifications.
- Handle sales of scooter parts, accessories, apparel, and performance products.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, workshops, communities, and dealers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain customer databases.
- Participate in motorcycle events, exhibitions, gatherings, and community activities.
- Support marketing campaigns through content ideas, product education, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales reports and market insights for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, automotive retail, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong passion for scooters, modifications, performance parts, and motorcycle culture.
- Good understanding of scooter brands, models, parts, and accessories.
- Active in scooter communities or automotive organizations is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers both online and offline.
- Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C).
- Willing to attend events and travel when required.
