Job description for Sales & Logistic Admin at PT Bakrie Building Industries
- Making, checking, and monitoring logistic contracts draft;
- AR / AP monitor;
- Monitor delivery progress in the field;
- Record all logistic transactions and making sure all the data traceable;
- Maintain and all documents related to sales logistic;
- Prepare documents needed for distributorship;
- Assist in preparing documents related to customer. Ex. pricing, company profile, discount information, etc;
- Prepare all documents related to store or distributor (sales volume, sales revenue, margin, etc);
- Help in introducing customer to product via phone and answering customer complain.
- Maximum age 28 years;
- Minimum D3 in any major with 2 years experience in related job or Bachelor Degree with 1 year experience in related job;
- Must-have languages: English;
- Have knowledge of export import regulations;
- Have knowledge of Customs regulations;
- Have experience managing export import administration;
- Has experience working in companies receiving Bonded Zone facilities;
- Has negotiation and communication skills;
- Good knowledge of administration and Ms. Office;
- Computer literate and have good basic IT knowledge
- Have a good attitude, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
