Job description for Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist at INARTGRITY
About the role
The Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kelapa Gading. This position focuses on engaging prospective students and parents, guiding new families through the enrollment process, and supporting INARTGRITY's sales and marketing activities.
Key responsibilities
Meeting and communicating with parents of prospective and new students to understand their needs, interests, and suitable program options
Providing clear and detailed information about INARTGRITY's classes, schedules, programs, and enrollment process
Following up with prospective parents and leads consistently, from the initial inquiry until they complete their enrollment
Guiding parents through all enrollment requirements, including registration procedures, class selection, schedules, required tools/materials, and other student needs
Building positive and long-term relationships with parents and students through responsive and helpful communication
Maintaining records of inquiries, follow-ups, enrollment progress, and customer information
Supporting enrollment targets by converting inquiries and prospective students into active students
Creating and maintaining a simple social media marketing plan to promote classes, programs, activities, and enrollment opportunities
Creating and coordinating simple marketing materials and promotional tools, both online and offline
Supporting promotional campaigns, events, open houses, trial classes, and other student acquisition activities
About you
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with parents, students, and team members
Customer service experience with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and building long-term relationships
Proven sales ability, including persuasion, negotiation, follow-up, and achieving enrollment or revenue targets
Comfortable conducting face-to-face meetings and consultations with parents
Strong follow-up and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple prospective students simultaneously
Ability to explain programs, enrollment requirements, tools, materials, and other student needs clearly
Basic marketing knowledge, particularly in social media promotion and simple online/offline marketing activities
Comfortable using office software, spreadsheets, social media platforms, and digital tools for customer records, reporting, and communication
Willingness to work on-site in Kelapa Gading, including weekends or evenings when required for classes, parent meetings, or events
Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Benefits
Base salary: IDR 2,500,000/month with THR & Bonus
Bonus Commission for every new student successfully enrolled per month (100k per new student)
