Job description for Sales & Customer Support at PT. Deptech Digital Indonesia

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers by responding to inquiries and providing product/service information

• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks

• Follow up on leads, customer requests, and ongoing sales opportunities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to provide solutions

• Maintain and update customer data and sales records

• Prepare reports and support daily sales activities

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in any major

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems or the retail industry is a plus
