We’re Hiring: Customer Care and Sales Leader

Are you a people-centric professional with a sharp eye for sales and a passion for service excellence? We are looking for a Customer Care and Sales Leader to join our dynamic team!

In this role, you will lead and inspire a customer care team to deliver exceptional support, while also driving sales performance. The ideal candidate has proven experience in handling customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, can manage and motivate a team, and is detail-oriented in reporting and documentation. Strong sales skills and the ability to close deals are a must, as you will play a key role in achieving our growth targets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related supervisory role

• Strong skills in complaint handling with a calm, solution-focused approach

• Proven ability to lead and manage a team with clear direction and motivation

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English

• Detail-oriented and experienced in creating structured reports and performance documentation

• Target-driven with solid experience in sales strategy and execution

• Proficient in using CRM systems and customer service tools

• Able to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude, high level of integrity, and customer-first mindset

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the customer care team to ensure high-quality service and quick resolution of customer issues

• Handle complex customer complaints with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities

• Develop and implement effective customer service and sales strategies to improve client satisfaction and boost revenue

• Set clear team targets and monitor performance to ensure consistent achievement of service and sales goals

• Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to improve team capabilities and product knowledge

• Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to align customer experience with company objectives

• Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to customer feedback, team performance, and sales achievements

• Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential business opportunities

• Ensure the use of CRM tools and systems for efficient tracking and follow-up

• Represent the voice of the customer internally to support business growth and service innovation
