- Assisting the sales team with daily activities and achieving targets.
- Responding to customer questions and requests for information.

- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Preparing and submitting regular sales reports.
- Assisting in the negotiation process with customers.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers.
- Creating sales proposals and presentations.

- Managing both B2B and B2C markets.
