Job description for Sales & Account Executive at Pt First Wap International

GENERAL FUNCTION:

As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts. Your primary focus will be on selling products or services to other businesses and organizations.

You will be expected to achieve sales targets, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and build long-term relationships with clients, also responsible for managing assigned clients, building strong relationships, and handling any requests from assigned clients or issues reported by them, with support from related departments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively explore, research, generate leads, and build a pipeline of potential clients and partners, using networking, industry events, referrals, and digital channels to reach new prospects for new sales opportunities in line with the company's sales strategy.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet sales targets and achieve rapid revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that showcase solutions, tailored to client needs.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide professional solutions.
  • Handle negotiations, contract signing, and subsequent customer service during the sales process.
  • Build and manage relationships with existing client base.
  • Manage accounts post-sale to ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities, also manage, monitor, escalate, and drive to resolution of issues reported by clients
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
  • Complete other sales-related tasks assigned by the company.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telco/IT, or related field are advantageous, particularly for sales roles.
  • At least 2 years B2B Sales experience, preferably in IT/Telecom business, with a deep understanding and practical experience of B2B the sales process.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, in enterprise and government sectors.
  • Experience with long sales cycles, large account management, and strategic selling.
  • Highly motivated to drive results, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales goals.
  • Proficient in English, Indonesian and able to communicate fluently in business settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of independently acquiring new clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to ability to create and deliver presentation.
  • Ability to adapt and grow in competitive environment
