Job description for SALES AKUISISI RETAIL at Indo HR

* Merchant Prospecting & Acquisition: Mengidentifikasi, mendatangi (field visits), dan merekrut merchant F&B (dari PKL/warung lokal hingga restoran populer).

* Onboarding & Store Activation: Membantu persiapan toko (menu setup, harga, promosi) hingga aktif melakukan transaksi di platform.

* Merchant Relationship Management & Operations: Menjaga hubungan jangka panjang, serta memberikan konsultasi strategi harga/paket promosi untuk meningkatkan order volume dan GMV.

* Koordinasi Pemasaran & Konten: Bekerja sama dengan tim internal, kreator/influencer, serta tim konten untuk campaign, pembuatan video pendek, atau LIVE streaming.

* Riset Pasar & Pelaporan: Memantau aktivitas kompetitor dan melaporkan performa harian (field visits, calls, sign-ups) kepada Team Lead.

Kualifikasi & Persyaratan

* Terbuka untuk fresh graduates yang berminat di bidang Business Development.

* Memiliki pengalaman 1–3 tahun di bidang Sales/Field Sales/Business Development (pengalaman kepemimpinan seperti Sales Leader/Supervisor menjadi nilai plus).

* Terbiasa bekerja dengan target & KPI.

* Bersedia melakukan kunjungan lapangan (field visits).

* Mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris.

* Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM yang masih berlaku.

* Memiliki smartphone dengan RAM minimal 6 GB.
