Job description for Sales Agent / Property Representative - Bali at Exotiq Property
Exotiq Property is looking for an experienced and professional Sales Agent / Property Representative to join our team in Bali.
We are seeking someone who already has a strong understanding of the Bali property market and can professionally represent Exotiq Property when working with Indonesian and international clients. Remuneration is commission based.
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen (WNI)
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Bali real estate
- Good knowledge of the Bali property market, including key locations, pricing and current market conditions
- Experience dealing with property buyers, sellers and developers
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Professional, reliable and able to work independently
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written
- Comfortable working with international clients
- Good understanding of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold structures and the basic legal framework applicable to property transactions in Bali
- Existing industry contacts and network in Bali would be an advantage
The Role:
The successful candidate will represent Exotiq Property in dealing with prospective buyers and sellers, conduct property viewings, develop and maintain client relationships, source suitable properties and opportunities, assist with negotiations, and support transactions through to completion.
This is a client-facing role for someone who understands that successful real estate representation is based on market knowledge, credibility, responsiveness and long-term relationships, rather than simply selling a property.
