What you'll be doing
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our premium watch collection to customers
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range, pricing, and industry trends
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the store
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the luxury retail or fashion industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a memorable customer experience
- Strong product knowledge and the passion to share it with customers
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in the local language and English
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
