As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Staff with a focus on Sales Administration. This role offers a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting business operations in a vibrant and creative environment.
Qualification:
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Min. 2 years experience as sales administrator (project scope)
- Ability to understand FF&E/furniture/interior products
- Experience using Odoo or another CRM system
- Good knowledge of Mic. Office, Google Workspace
- Good coordination skill and document management skill
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Full time, placement in Bali
Key Responsibility:
- Prepare BOQ and organize quotation
- Coordinate with Production team when quotation information is required
- Help maintain a clean and updated CRM database
- Provide weekly and monthly sales admin reports
- Assist with client meeting preparation, presentations, and other sales support activities
