Job description

Kemampuan menggunakan sistem ERP atau Accurate untuk input dan output administrasi.
Menguasai Microsoft Office.
Pemahaman administrasi penjualan, alur dokumen, dan prosedur pengiriman barang.
Kemampuan mengelola dokumen penawaran / PO, SO, DO, dan pembayaran secara terstruktur.
Membuat laporan harian, mingguan & bulanan.
Memastikan serta mendukung kebutuhan administrasi dan operasional tim sales.

Kualifikasi

Minimal D3 Administrasi.
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai admin sales minimal 2 tahun.
Mampu bekerja dengan target dan menangani pekerjaan secara bersamaan.
Teliti, disiplin, memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi dengan baik.
Pengalaman di bidang building material, interior atau retail menjadi niali tambah.
Penempatan di Bottega&Artisan Gallery - Surabaya.
