Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
• Process customer purchase orders and coordinate project handovers.
• Maintain accurate customer, project, and sales records.
• Monitor quotation status and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and project updates.
• Assist with tender documentation and administrative requirements.
• Maintain organized digital and physical documentation.
Customer Service
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate after-sales support with the service department.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
• Previous working experience in an elevator, escalator, or vertical transportation company.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, sales, or both.
• Strong understanding of elevator sales processes and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable preparing quotations and commercial documents.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license (SIM A or SIM C) and is willing to travel for client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience preparing tender documents.
• Existing network within developers, contractors, architects, consultants, or property companies.
• Experience using CRM or ERP software.
• Basic technical understanding of passenger elevators, home lifts, freight elevators, and escalators.
• Able to read construction drawings is an advantage.
• English communication skills are a plus.
