Job description for Sales Admin at PT Comtronics Systems

Requirements:

S1 Administrasi/Manajemen/Akuntansi atau bidang terkait, pengalaman min. 1–2 tahun di posisi terkait
Mahir Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), termasuk fungsi Excel: SUM, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table
Terampil dalam administrasi, data entry, filing, dan reporting; Komunikatif, problem solving baik, mampu kerja individu maupun tim, dan manajemen waktu yang baik
Memiliki SIM C dan SIM A lebih diutamakan

Responsibility:

Mengelola administrasi penjualan & customer
Mengelola kelengkapan dokumen customer
Koordinasi dengan tim internal
Mengolah data penjualan & customer, menyusun laporan harian/mingguan/bulanan
Membantu penyiapan bahan presentasi, notulen meeting, dan dokumen lainnya
Menangani pertanyaan & feedback customer
Membantu proses administrasi tender & kelengkapan dokumen penawaran
Melakukan visit customer (jika diperlukan) untuk menjaga hubungan baik
