Job Description:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, such as: Sales Contract and Delivery Order.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and general filing documents.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Collecting payment from customers.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery processes.
Requirement:
- Minimal bachelor’s degree from recognized university.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role.
- Familiar with Trading industry/sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with paperwork.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
