Job Description

Membantu administrasi operasional tim sales
Membuat kontrak kerja sama, dan dokumen pendukung sales lainnya
Menginput dan mengelola data customer, corporate, dan event
Menyiapkan sales report harian, mingguan, dan bulanan
Menangani komunikasi melalui email dan telepon dengan klien
Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait mengenai kebutuhan tamu dan event
Mengatur filing dokumen serta memastikan data tersimpan dengan rapi
Membantu follow up customer dan kebutuhan administrasi sales lainnya

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK/Diploma
Bisa mengoperasikan Microsoft Office
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
Teliti dan rapi dalam pekerjaan administrasi
Pengalaman di bidang admin atau hotel menjadi nilai tambah
