* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in *Accounting* or a related discipline.
* Residing in *North Jakarta, East Jakarta, or Central Jakarta*.
* Minimum *2–3 years of experience* as a *Sales Administrator* in the *Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, or EPC* industry.
* Good command of *written and spoken English*.
* Advanced proficiency in *Microsoft Excel, including **Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis*.
* Proactive in preparing reports and confident in presenting to supervisors and management.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze *sales performance, market trends, and business data*, identify insights, and recommend solutions to business challenges.
* Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
