Job description for Sales Admin at PT Springtime Global Distribution

  • Coordinate and maintain effective communication with the sales team to support daily operations.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices accurately using the company system.
  • Monitor and maintain stock records in the system to ensure data accuracy and availability.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and send reminders to the sales team regarding upcoming and overdue invoices.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and billing in a professional manner.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all sales-related documents.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as warehouse and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and payment processes.
  • Verify the accuracy of sales data and resolve discrepancies when necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the system.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
