PT Selaras Daya Utama is a leading Industrial Lubricant Distributor in Indonesia since 2009 which has been trusted in providing solutions to Industrial Lubricant needs including Transformer Oil for PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), Private Power Plants, and other leading companies in Indonesian.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration, Business Management, Marketing Management, or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of work experience in sales administration or sales support.
- Experience in transformer oil, electrical, transformer manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for administrative tasks, sales data processing, and reporting purposes.
- Familiar with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to manage customer databases, monitor sales leads, and support sales administration processes.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple documents, deadlines, and tasks effectively.
- Possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, proactive attitude, and ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external customers such as PLN and private companies.
- Experience in tender administration, e-procurement systems, or vendor portals will be an advantage.
- Possess a valid SIM A and/or SIM C driving license.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer communications regarding Nynas transformer oil products, price quotations, product availability, delivery status, and follow up on customer inquiries and potential leads.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate sales and administrative documents, including Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, contracts, and other supporting documents.
- Support tender and procurement administration processes, particularly for PLN, transformer manufacturers, and related industrial clients, including preparing required administrative and technical documents.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure order processing, delivery, and invoicing activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor sales processes from quotation to payment while maintaining updated and well-organized customer and transaction records.
- Conduct routine checks on e-procurement platforms, PLN vendor portals, and customer systems related to tender information, quotation requests, and other administrative requirements.
- Prepare sales administration reports, customer data recaps, and other supporting documents to support the company’s operational activities.
