What You Will Need:
- Minimum D1 or equivalent.
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Administration.
- Knowledge of IT/Software products is a plus.
- Communicative, persuasive, responsive, and customer-oriented.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Target-oriented.
- Willing to work night shifts (Work From Home).
What You Will Do:
- Handle customers via WhatsApp for IT/Software product sales.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations through to closing.
- Process orders and ensure all transaction details are accurate.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling of products.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
