As part of this growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in Margaasih, Kab. Bandung, Jawa Barat. This role is essential in ensuring seamless customer interactions and supporting sales operations, making it a key position for driving both customer satisfaction and business success.
The Sales Admin Supervisor will be responsible for :
- Oversee and manage the sales admin function
- Responsible for performing order processing from quotation to shipment as well as correspond with customers and internal departments on order requirements and delivery details
- Manage price/ claim adjustment in AX system
- Responsible for the compilation of reports for analysis and reporting to the Management
- Provide emergency support to the team based on business needs
- Other duties as assigned
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business and related field of studies
- 5+ years of experience in managerial position
- Strong complex problem solving
- Team player, possess strong team spirit and supervisory skill
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
