This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service, making it a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and sales administration.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
- Follow up with potential customers and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic administrative tools.
- Comfortable handling customer inquiries and sales follow-ups.
