Job description for Sales Account Specialist - Makassar at Indofresh
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies for multiple channels (MT, GT)
- Present Indofresh products to potential buyers
- Negotiate with buyers regarding contracts, pricing, and other sales agreements
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor the order process from initiation to product delivery while ensuring buyer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers to foster long-term partnerships
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet predetermined KPIs
- Provide regular reports to management regarding sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales, experience in a related field is a plus point
- Bachelors degree in a relevant major
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
- Based in or willing to be placed in Makassar
- Willing to work from office (Monday to Friday) and work from home (Saturday)
