Job description for Sales Account Executive at RealCo
We’re looking for a highly enthusiastic Sales Account Executive who enjoys building relationships, driving growth, and closing deals. If you’re proactive, resilient, and thrive in a dynamic environment—this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
- You’ll manage the end-to-end sales process while acting as a trusted partner for clients.
- Handle full-cycle sales activities, from prospecting to closing
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Manage and grow Realco’s Sports Center channel
- Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales / Account Executive
- Hands-on experience managing Sports Center accounts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, resilient, and target-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
