Job description for Sales Account Executive at PT Ayo Indonesia Maju
Ayo Indonesia (ayo.co.id) is a super football community platform that connects football players and teams that looking to disrupt and make a difference in the football industry
Our vision is to improve the sporting experience of all athletes. We are building a complete sporting ecosystem in order to make it easier for athletes to participate in sports.
Currently, there are approximately 6,000 football teams registered with Ayo Indonesia with over 100,000 players in the ecosystem.
Along with our online platform, we also run numerous offline activities in the shape of sporting competitions and activations for our community. Now, we are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our team! As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for the company’s revenue growth through identifying new business prospects and selling products to them. The main products that will be sold are sporting events and activations to brands.
Job Descriptions
Grow and nurture relationships with current and new clients.
Identify new sales opportunities for partnership and sponsorship through cold calling, networking, social media, etc.
Suggesting innovative ways to increase sales and enhance clients' experience
Work with the team to create a clients-tailored deck.
Able to work with sales targets
Create detailed sales business plans.
Acting as the point of contact for clients.
Organizing meetings with clients about their needs.
Build strong client relationships.
Negotiate and Close Deals with clients
Monitoring and reporting on sales performance.
Handling budgets and client invoices.
Gather Feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team
Prepare and present reports on KPIs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales account executive or similar role.
- Can work in a target-driven environment
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Preferably someone who have networks with brands
- Can adapt quickly as a part of our agile environment.
- Team player and self-starter (Independent).
The salary listed is for the base salary. You will be able to earn commission based on sales achievement.
