Job description for Safety Staff at Jayamix (PT SCG Readymix Indonesia)
Job Description:
1. QHSE inspection to all batching plant (Bali area);
2. Support QHSE activities (health check, monitoring QHSE system, risk assessment, QHSE communication);
3. Manage, distribute, and monitor PPE and safety equipments;
4. Handling QHSE administration (collect, record, and report data);
5. Support accident report and investigation;
6. Give safety induction to new employee (if needed) and contractor;
7. Support survey location project for batching plant;
8. Support environmental activity (testing, reporting, and documentation); and
9. Support DDC Training for driver with logistic department.
Target:
1. Ensure the implementation of the QHSE system runs smoothly, assist and support line departments so that QHSE targets are achieved; and
2. Preventing accidents, ensuring workplace safety, and promoting environmental sustainability through training, assessments, and monitoring activities.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum D3 Occupational Health and Safety OR S1 in Environmental Engineering;
2. Minimum must have 1 year experience in related field (Safety, QHSE);
3. Must have driving licenses: SIM A and SIM C;
4. Maximum 35 years old; and
5. Good for using Ms Office;
6. Good at risk analysis;
7. Good working with team;
8. Can give training and motivation; and
9. Willing to work in the field (60%) and office (40%).
