Job description for Safety & Security Officer at PT Linfox Logistics Indonesia
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Safety & Security, preferably within the logistics, warehousing, distribution center, transportation, or supply chain industries.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in implementing Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (SMK3), incident investigations, risk assessments, safety inspections, and emergency response programs.
- Sound understanding of warehouse security operations, including access control, asset protection, loss prevention, and security service provider management.
- Must possess a valid General Occupational Health & Safety Expert (AK3U) certification.
- Familiar with Indonesian regulations related to occupational health & safety, environmental compliance, and workplace security.
- Experience in developing, monitoring, and analyzing Safety & Security KPIs, including LTIFR, Near Misses, Unsafe Actions, Unsafe Conditions, and Security Incidents.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Capable of preparing reports, delivering presentations, and conducting safety and security training programs.
- Willing to be based in Karawang, West Java.
