The role of Waitress & Waiter, with a focus on running the floor, involves providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will also assist with front-of-house operations, manage interactions with guests, and support the team in achieving high standards of service. We are looking for a male candidate who has completed SMA/SMK education and possesses between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry. Candidates should have a strong understanding of Chinese, Western, and barbecue restaurant environments, as well as experience in customer service, administration, and reception. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, along with good teamwork skills.
