Runner (Uluwatu)
At cøpenhagen BALI, every detail matters. As a Runner, you play an important role in ensuring food and beverages are delivered quickly, accurately, and with care, creating a smooth dining experience for every guest.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately from the kitchen and bar to guests.
- Ensure every order is presented correctly and meets quality standards.
- Support the waitstaff during busy service periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service stations and dining areas.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
- Assist with general operational duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Runner or in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Energetic, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to be based in Uluwatu, Bali.
