About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Division Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Front Office and Housekeeping departments. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of guest service and cleanliness are maintained, in alignment with our brand values and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities of the Front Office and Housekeeping teams.
- Ensure all guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Monitor and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
- Conduct daily inspections to uphold housekeeping and facility standards.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain inventory and oversee amenities, linen, and supplies management.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ensure effective communication between departments for smooth operations.
- Uphold and enforce company SOPs, safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
- Prepare reports and assist in department budgeting and cost control.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role in hospitality (at least 2 years preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
