Job description for RNO Project Manager at ZMG Indonesia
Job Purpose:
To lead and manage Radio Network Optimization (RNO) projects, ensuring successful delivery in terms of quality, timeline, cost, customer satisfaction, and network performance targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RNO Project Manager, Project Lead, or equivalent role.
- Strong knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G network technologies and radio network optimization principles.
- Experience with Huawei RNO projects is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage RNO projects to closure.
- Develop and control project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to customers and management.
- Coordinate with RNO Engineers, RF Engineers, Drive Test Teams, Core Network Teams, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Manage project risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and act as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.
- Support project financial management, including resource utilization, project profitability, and project closure activities.
- Support daily network performance reviews, KPI monitoring, performance analysis, and timely execution of corrective actions to maintain agreed network KPIs and service quality.
- Manage and execute Level RNO activities for Huawei projects, including issue identification, initial troubleshooting, alarm/event investigation, and escalation of network performance issues to the appropriate optimization teams.
