RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, measure, monitor, and control company risks (market risk, credit risk, and operational risk)
• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures in compliance with applicable regulations
• Conduct risk assessments on business activities, products, and operational processes
• Prepare periodic risk management reports for management and regulators
• Ensure effective implementation of risk management frameworks in accordance with internal policies and external regulations
• Provide strategic recommendations for risk mitigation to relevant stakeholders
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Having experience in Risk Management, preferably in a securities company or banking industry will be an advantage
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and capital market regulations
• Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and systematic approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data analysis tools
• Must hold a valid WPPE (Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek) certification
• Proficient in English will be an advantage
