BPR Kirana Indonesia is seeking a Compliance & Risk Management professional to join our team in Surabaya. This role is responsible for overseeing all compliance-related activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, analyzing and mitigating risks, managing legal compliance frameworks, and facilitating effective communication on compliance matters across the organization.
Placement: Surabaya
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure the organization’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Identify, assess, and manage potential compliance and operational risks.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and compliance programs.
- Stay updated with changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise management accordingly.
- Liaise with regulators and external stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Conduct internal audits and investigations related to compliance breaches.
- Prepare and deliver compliance reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in compliance and risk management roles.
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
