We're Hiring: RF & Wireless Systems Engineer | Dubai, UAE
Alebel Tech is looking for an experienced RF & Wireless Systems Engineer to join our team,
responsible for the design, testing, and optimization of RF and wireless communication
systems, including LoRa, antenna performance, and RF PCB design, taking products from
prototype through to mass production.
>Key Responsibilities:
Design, test, and troubleshoot RF systems across development and production stages
Work with LoRa and other long-range wireless technologies to optimize range and reliability
Select, match, tune, and optimize antennas for range, efficiency, and form factor
Design and review RF PCBs, including impedance control, grounding, shielding, and EMI/EMC mitigation
Integrate and support 4G/5G and telemetry modules
Use spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, and oscilloscopes for RF validation
Perform RF link-budget calculations and signal/interference analysis
Investigate field issues related to RF performance
>Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in RF system design, testing, and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of LoRa and long-range wireless protocols
Experience with antenna selection, matching, and tuning
Knowledge of RF PCB design and EMI/EMC principles
Familiarity with GPS/GNSS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G/5G, and telemetry systems
