Position
We are looking for a driven Revenue Operations Specialist to drive market growth.
As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will support and report to the Head of Growth to drive commercial success and excellence, including inbound and outbound sales and marketing process, performance tracking, and strategy.
Responsibilities
Research on opportunities to support go-to-market strategy, business development, and account-based marketing activities.
Support alignment and coordination with internal stakeholder and set up campaigns to target markets.
Develop sales and marketing material for targeted channels and funnels.
Generate leads through inbound and outbound efforts
Optimise internal workflows and processes to drive commercial and operational efficiency.
Analyse and forecast pipelines.
Understand clients usage and requirement for our product and feedback to internal stakeholders for product development.
Other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements
Entry - Mid Level candidates with 2 to 5 years of work experience.
A team player who can understand team objectives, communicate and coordinate with team members to achieve our goals.
Possesses growth mindset and believes in making changes and solving problems.
A performance-driven individual who can understand the company's metrics and always have the end goal in mind throughout the progress.
Self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility to achieve our goals and solve problems on the way.
Analytical and logical thinking.
Strong in copywriting, infographics and modern marketing communication skills.
