WE ARE HIRING — REVENUE MANAGER (REMOTE)
💰 Salary: IDR 12–16 million/month
📍 Remote Position
📌 Minimum 2 years of experience
We are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager who can increase RevPAR and build a strong revenue system for hotel/villa properties.
Responsibilities:
Increase ADR, RevPAR, and net revenue
Optimize OTA listings, CTR, and conversion rate
Create dynamic pricing strategies
Reduce cancellation rate
Maintain revenue growth without lowering property ratings
Requirements:
Experience in hotel/villa revenue management
Strong understanding of RevPAR, ADR, CTR, CVR, LOS, and cancellation rate
Able to manage listings independently
Good English communication skills
Bonus Points:
Experience in Bali market
Experience handling boutique hotels/villas
Proven results in improving property revenue & ratings
