Job description for REVENUE MANAGEMENT MANAGER at ANHEUSER-BUSCH INBEV SOUTHEAST ASIA

Job Objectives
- The Vietnam Revman Manager is responsible for revenue growth and strategy of AB -InBev’s Vietnam sales business. The role is critical to AB-InBev’s commercial strategy and operation, working across functions and closely with senior management to provide analysis on pricing and revenue decisions.
- Price and investment strategy: own the portfolio’s pricing to identify investment strategy, price pack & geography channel prices’ structure, ensure guidance for execution.
- Price pack analysis and management: Manages routine business cycle (daily, weekly, monthly performance reviews) and drive sales performance for AB Inbev Vietnam. Responsible for driving visibility and tracking in commercial areas such as net revenue, discount rate and profit rate to ensure revenue and mix target delivery. Lead analysis and presentations and coordinate with cross function stakeholders and senior management.
- Commercial planning: Leads the discount rate review for POC contract, WS contract investment and national promotion, leads discount planning as part of commercial planning cycles. Ensures the process and output are aligned and improved to the corporate strategy and objectives.
Accountabilities
Price and investment strategy – Drive strategy and guidance
- Own and develop pricing for full Vietnam portfolio
- Define the investment policy for brand, segments, channel, geography
- Ensure the price guidance and monitor price execution
- Build cash market and competitor intelligence
Revenue Planning & performance management – Ensure annual targets are met given consistent analysis of results and development of Action Plans
- Lead and review discount investment rate for national/regional PBO, WS, promotion plans (channel price pack plans)
- Collaborate with Sales and Commercial Ops Team to perform price package analytics to determine plan ROI and make adjustments/improvement as needed
- Provide key stakeholder input to strategic planning and Cycle Planning to drive brand/channel priorities and efficiency.
- Review any regional price package plans for accuracy and profitability and then ensure they are implemented for assigned division/region;
- Perform profitability analysis to maximize gross profit for the channel & organization
- Collaborate with cross functional departments to improve business process and procedures
- Support regional teams through identification and communication of best practices
- Identify internal and external benchmarks for input to the development of KPI’s, contributing to establishing new opportunity gaps.
Coaching/Leadership
- Provide coaching and leadership to Revenue Management Specialist
- Provide coaching and sharing to cross function and regional teams
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Education:
- Degree in math, business, statistics, engineering or economics
Experience
- 5 to 7 years experience in Business Information, Financial or Research Analysis.
- Able to work under tight timelines
- Ability to influence stakeholders as business partner
- Ability to coach/manage others
Technical competencies: (Job related)
- Balance between detailed focus and ability to take long term perspective and set direction.
- Strong business case development, analytical and problem solving skills
- Thorough understanding of industry and competition
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts into simple messages in both oral and written format
- Knowledge of analytical tools
