Job Purpose :
To support revenue assurance activities by monitoring network and billing data, identifying discrepancies, and assisting in revenue leakage prevention.
Main Responsibilities :
- Perform reconciliation between 2 systems (e.g. network usage data and billing outputs, operational systems and financial systems).
- Analyze data to identify revenue leakages and inconsistencies.
- Execute predefined revenue assurance controls and checks.
- Monitor daily revenue transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare periodic reports.
- Support testing for new products and billing configurations.
- Track and follow up on identified issues until full resolution is achieved.
- Collaborate with other teams to analyze issues and implement effective solutions.
