Job Summary :
The Revenue & Distribution Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue, profitability, occupancy and market performance across ZIN World’s hotels and business units through effective pricing, distribution, forecasting and data-driven commercial strategies. The role owns the development and execution of revenue strategies across rooms, F&B, spa, retail, fitness and other applicable revenue streams. The position manages OTA and distribution partnerships, analyzes market and competitor performance, maintains accurate revenue systems and uses data automation to identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own pricing & revenue strategy across ZIN's hotels, F&B, spa, retail & fitness units
- Manage OTA & distribution partner relationships to optimize channel performance
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance & booking patterns to spot growth opportunities
- Build revenue forecasts & lead the annual budgeting process
- Oversee PMS, Channel Manager & RMS to ensure data accuracy
- Deploy AI & data analytics to sharpen occupancy predictions & pricing
- Data-driven — you read the market before you react to it
- Fluent in PMS, Channel Manager, RMS & OTA platforms
- A natural leader — you train & guide reservations, e-commerce & sales teams
- AI-native — you use data & automation to forecast, not guess
- 3+ years in revenue management or hospitality distribution preferred
- Commercially driven — you see the revenue opportunity before anyone asks
