Job description for Retail Supervisor at PT VOLANS (910 Nineten Sportswear)
Job Descriptions :
- Ensure the team achieves or exceeds daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Analyse sales reports and take corrective action if necessary.
- Coach, motivate and develop sales team members.
- Develop work schedules and organise employee shifts.
- Maintain customer service excellence standards.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Control stock, including stock-taking and rotation of goods.
- Compile daily sales reports and team progress.
- Provide team performance evaluation and submit feedback to superiors.
- Provide basic training related to products, selling skills, and SOPs to new or existing staff.
Requirements :
- Education minimum D3/S1 (all majors, preferably Management/Marketing).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as sales leader/supervisor in retail (preferably fashion/sport).
- Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Accustomed to targets and working under pressure.
- Willing to work with shift system and on holidays.
- Results-driven and solution-oriented, ready to be based in Head Office Legok, Tangerang.
