As a Retail Sales Representative at Lab Diamond Nusantara, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales within our retail outlets. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers, providing detailed product information, and offering personalized recommendations. You will also be responsible for maintaining an inventory of products, ensuring the store is well-presented, and contributing to the overall customer experience.
